Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Only 5 ingredients, and 10 minutes to make these amazing cookies. These cookies were so easy and so fast to make, that I was able to make a whole batch before my 2 month old got board with his bouncer.. Which is a feat.


Ingredients 

  • 16oz jar of peanut butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Pre heat oven to 350
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bow with a mixer until blended
  3. Roll a spoon full of dough into a ball
  4. Roll dough ball in a bowl of extra sugar (optional)
  5. Place on baking sheet 2 inches apart and press down gently
  6. Bake 7-9 minute, or until bottoms of cookies are slightly brown (It will seem like they are way undercooked, and like you won’t be able to scoop them off the cookie sheet. I promise, they will set quickly! Don’t over bake!)
  7. Let cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute
  8. Transfer to wire rack to finish cooling
